Kaleidoscope Heart

5/29 Kaleidoscope heart

My kaleidoscope heart
pieces are mosaic
sour sweet tart
elements that break off
I fall apart
and glued back together
coagulated soul restart
Fresh like just out of the dryer
But not new because
Nothing on earth is

The earth is
reborn restored rerun
just like my
kaleidoscope heart
when broken into pieces
is put back
Jigsaw mosaic
post shark attack
maybe not so gruesome
And definitely yes

The end is violent
But so is the beginning
Traumatic chromatic cycle
Spinning

Spinning is my mind
Like you dropped me
On my head
Spinning cosmic dust
Spindling a woven togetherness
Spiderwebs spider vein bronchiolis
Or roots of trees
Are arteries or
Roadways or highways
To unknown bewilderment
Like my mind
Is the racing wolf
In the wilderness
Who’s hungry and
Smells her next meal.

Can you relate to how I feel?
My kaleidoscope heart
and spiderweb mind
are they familiar to you
and the rest (wo) mankind?

feel free to comment, to go on from where I left off or just enjoy. If a word, phrase or the idea of writing a poem tickles your fancy, grab a pen, tablet or typewriter, and get to work. Enjoy <3
